ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Punjab Residency: The applicant or a family member must be a permanent resident of Punjab (as indicated on their CNIC).

1 - Land Ownership: The applicant must be the sole owner and possessor of a plot/land measuring up to 5 Marlas in urban areas or up to 10 Marlas in rural areas anywhere in Punjab where they intend to build a house.

2 - Age Limit: The applicant must be between 21 and 60 years old on the date of online application submission.

3 - PSER Registration: The applicant must be registered with the Punjab Socio-Economic Registry (PSER) with a PMT score of 60 or below.

4 - Clean Criminal Record: The applicant must not have a criminal record (such as convictions for anti-state, anti-social activities, or heinous crimes).

5- No Financial Default: The applicant must not be a loan defaulter with any bank or financial institution.

6 - Data Verification Consent: The applicant must declare and consent to having their data verified against relevant government databases.

7 - One Loan Per Property: Only one loan facility can be availed for a single property/house.

i - Repayment Tenure: 9 years (flexible long-term installments to keep monthly payments affordable).

ii - Interest/Markup: 100% interest-free (shariah-compliant, zero markup loan provided by the Punjab government).

iii - Monthly Installment: Calculated by dividing the approved loan amount (up to 15 Lakh PKR) across the 9-year repayment period (108 months).
